Alexis Brewer, LCSW
Owner & Clinician
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals and families improve their mental health and overall well-being. My style is a mixture of empathy, laid back, sense of humor, and call you out when appropriate. I believe in the “come as you are” and won’t judge you for it. You’ll likely catch me in a soft pair of leggings and cozy cardigan.
I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults ages 2 and up who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and early childhood behavioral challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and families to create personalized treatment plans that support healing, growth, and long-term emotional wellness.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based. I have advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which allows me to effectively focus on focus on trauma, anxiety, and behavioral concerns. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients and families build practical coping skills and emotional resilience.
